Q. I heard that you were in charge of MuhanIT's early warning system process management. how much did you do?

-

This year alone, early warning systems are Miryang-si, Changwon-si, Geoje-si, Cheongju-si and Seowon-gu, and situation management systems are Gangwon-do, Daegu Metropolitan City, and Gyeonggi-do.

A total of 7 sites are under process management.

Q. MuhanIT carries out about 30 projects a year, and you manage 7 of them a lot.

-

There are many sites in Gyeongsangnam-do, so it's a bit difficult to go back and forth. It's a very long drive.

So, when I see it at the end of the month and come the week, I tend to sleep out a lot. (CEO, are you watching? Haha)

Q. The media predicts that it will rain a lot this summer due to abnormal weather like El Niño. How are you preparing for the early warning system?

-

I developed an occupational disease while working in the early warning system business. When it rains a lot, I get nervous. When I go to work in the morning, it has become a daily routine to always call the local government to check if the operation is going well. In some local governments, the appointment information is sent directly to my mobile phone, and I flinch when I receive a text message while sleeping.

Because it rains a lot this summer, even local governments that have not signed maintenance contracts are conducting frequent inspections. Regardless of whether we are doing business or not, it is most important that there are no human accidents in the place where we installed it. Field instrument inspection and system inspection are double-checked every time it rains. Even if it's not an emergency, we're doing our best to prepare.

Q. I heard that you went to the site inspection this time. Why did the company that manages the system also participate in on-site inspections?

-

As a development company, I go there often because I need to understand the field as well as always looking at the monitor.

It was easier to have a meeting with the measurement company when I directly looked at how it was installed and what the RTU looked like, rather than just receiving a list saying that the instrument was installed and looking at the DB where the measurement data came in.
